The Pochet group has confirmed the acquisition of 100% of the shares and votes of the Lisi Cosmetics company, via its subisidiary Qualipac.
“We are pleased to welcome a company well-known among its customers in our group. The Pochet group will strengthen its position on its key markets thanks to this acquisition, and will offer its Qualipac subsidiary opportunities to go on with its development strategy” said Irene Gosset, president of the board of the Pochet group.
“Thanks to the addition of Lisi Cosmetics’ specific know-how, especially in the field of aluminum transformation and decoration, Qualipac follows its development and will complete its portfolio of technologies and services offered to its customers.
Qualipac employs 2,800 people worldwide, and has six plants located in various countries (3 in France, 2 in China, 1 in Brazil). More than 50% of its turnover comes from out of France markets. Qualipac is a 100% subsidiary of the Pochet group.
The Pochet group provides glass, metal and plastics to the prestige perfume and cosmetics markets.
