Cetaphil Renames RestoraDerm Product Line

Galderma Laboratories has renamed the products in Cetaphil's Restoraderm line, to feature the main benefit - soothing skin with eczema.

The products in the line, with the new names, are: Cetaphil's RestoraDerm Eczema Calming Body Wash and Calming Moisturizer.  The newly updated labels are designed to help guide consumers by helping them to find the right products for a specific skin concern.

Miles Harrison, vice president / general manager for Self Medication at Galderma Laboratories, commented:

With this rebranding, we believe our customers will now be able to easily identify the power of the RestoraDerm regimen and its ability to help soothe their eczema symptoms." 

Cetaphil's RestoraDerm line contains the brands "Filaggrin technology" and "Ceramide technology" to replenish lost moisture to help strengthen skin's natural moisture barrier, and soothe the symptoms of eczema, which includes missing or malfunctioning Filaggrin proteins and ceramides in the skin.
