As Coty looks toward new territory, the world’s largest fragrance company has introduced a new men’s fragrance to it’s expanded Davidoff brand.
The just-launched scent for men, called Horizon, is described as having a “timeless and unique signature.”
Created by perfumers Olivier Pescheux and Jacques Huclier, it includes top notes of grapefruit, rosemary and ginger. The juice is bottled in clear glass to reveal the “warm amber color of the fragrance,” according to the brand.
Described by bottle designer Alnoor as “an object one wants to take in one’s hand,” the primary package was inspired by shapes in nature, such as stones eroded and “polished by the sands of time.”
The campaign stars Italian model Simone Bredariol, and was shot among real sandstorms, extreme heat and tough terrain. The TV ad, filmed by director Arnaud Uyttenhove, follows the journey of the Davidoff Horizon.
