Matrix has launched five new colors in its Color Sync Watercolors collection, a demi-permanent line of hair color that lasts up to 20 shampoos. The line is available through professional salons.
The iridescent Watercolors come in 5 light-catching shades: Moss Green, Sapphire Blue, Berry Violet, Quartz Pink and Coral Peach. Salon professionals can vary the intensity of the color, customizing it for each client. They will even show up against darker hair, as shown above - and look great when strategically placed, for an unexpected pop of color.
Matrix suggests that salon pros consider a client's skin tone, saying that pastel tones, including pink, purple hair and blue tend to look best on fair to medium skin, while vivid tones look best on medium to dark.
