Colgate is promoting its Bright Smiles, Bright Futures Educational Program and partnering with the Kids In Need Foundation to help students smile brighter this fall.
To kick off its “Smile for Picture Day” campaign, Colgate has donated 25,000 Colgate Kids toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes to the Kids In Need Foundation. Now through November 17, 2017, elementary school teachers, educators, parents and community members across the country are encouraged to “pledge to promote bright smiles.” The winner will receive 500 sets of toothbrushes and toothpaste for an elementary school in their community.
"Picture day marks a new year of learning and special milestones that should be captured with a healthy smile," said Dr. Marsha Butler, Vice President of Global Oral Health and Professional Relations, a dentist who oversees the Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures global program. "By showing children how to care for their smiles, we can help them to feel good about themselves and the school year ahead.”
Colgate is also asking parents to share a photo on social with the hashtags #BrightSmilesBrightFutures #promo on or before November 17th — and Colgate will further donate $1 to the Kids In Need Foundation.
