Clarisonic has launched the next generation of its popular beauty device -- Mia Smart And Mia Prima. 

Mia Smart is Clarisonic's smartest device yet, the company says. It goes beyond cleansing, and provides anti-aging and makeup application benefits.

Mia Smart features a new waterproof handle, designed for all face shapes and contours. It connects via Bluetooth to a mobile app. There are three customizable cleansing programs -- Daily Cleanse Mode, Gentle Cleanse, and a versatile Smart Mode that features customizable cleansing, firming, eye massage and makeup application protocols.

It is also compatible with the company's new Sonic Awakening Eye Massager Brush Head, which runs at the "optimal anti-aging frequency," the company says, to boost micro-circulation and improve smoothness and luminosity around and under the eyes.

Mia Prima features a single 60-second Daily Cleanse Mode suitable for all skin types via a one-button control; a waterproof handle; and a Soft Start mode, allowing for easy acclimation to cleansing routines by starting all cleansing modes at 80% power on the first use and gradually climbing to full power after two weeks of use.

More New Brush Designs

Along with the Sonic Awakening Brush Head, Clarisonic is upgrading its Radiance Brush Head and Sensitive Brush Head with a new shape and design. Both new heads feature a timestrip notification to let users know when it's time to replace their brush heads.

Clarisonic is offering a trade-in program -- from August 8, 2018 through September 4, 2018, the company is offering users to trade in old devices for $25 off Mia Smart. The program includes all existing Clarisonic devices and approved competitors.

The new devices and brush heads are available on the company's website. Mia Smart retails for $199 and the Mia Prima, $99.
