LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault has named his son, Frédéric Arnault, as the managing director of the family holding company that controls LVMH—Financière Agache.
Frédéric Arnault replaces Nicolas Bazire and follows Frédéric’s promotion to CEO of LVMH Watches.
Frédéric and his brother Alexandre joined the LVMH board in April, following in the footsteps of their older siblings, Delphine and Antoine.
Financiere Agache owns 96% of the family holding company Christian Dior, which holds 42% of LVMH.
