The latest collection from Rafesa, based in Badalona, Spain, was developed in recycled amber PET, known for its excellent recyclability. Known as the Alex line, it was presented this fall and is currently on sale only in Spain. It comes in various sizes (100-, 200-, 250- and 500ml), all of them amber-colored. This range has been devised for different types of products, both cosmetic and pharmacy containers, in particular for natural cosmetic products that require containers manufactured in amber to provide protection from the light, as these products are usually photosensitive. The containers’ design is compatible with the different accessories marketed by the company, the 24/410 thread, including stoppers, metering devices and sprays.
