Award-winning “cleanical” derm skincare brand Skinfix, has named beauty executive Stuart Leitch as Chief Executive Officer. Leitch joins Skinfix founder Amy Gordinier and private equity firm Stride Consumer Partners with the shared goal of accelerating the brand’s next phase of growth.
Gordinier will remain active in the business and continue to serve as Founder, focusing her efforts on partnering with dermatologists to deliver “ground-breaking innovation.”
Leitch joins the team from Olaplex, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to his role at Olaplex, Leitch served as an Executive in Residence at New Theory Ventures, supporting the fund’s mission to invest in and incubate brands with women and diverse founders, and worked with Gwen Stefani to launch her makeup range exclusively at Sephora.
Over the course of a decade at L’Oréal, Leitch held strategic leadership positions within the Luxury and Active Cosmetics divisions, including at clinical skincare category leader, SkinCeuticals. Most notably, he served as President of Lancôme.
